Just In Time For Foster Youth provides mentorship programs in addition to a variety of resources for youth from 18-26 who have ever been in the foster care system.

Promises 2 Kids

San Diego Foster Children Support & Services

Promises 2 Kids offers tools and resources, as well as counseling. They are partnered with the Polinsky Children’s center, which cares and protects abused children from across the globe.

UCLA - The Center for Community College Partnerships

The CCCP helps students with every step of the transfer process. They offer workshops and webinars on transfer topics and provide one-on-one and small group meetings for personalized support. Their goal is to increase the number of students who apply to and get accepted into UC schools and other universities.
